Hi, I work with a CDFI in South-Central PA. Our CDFI does small
business, affordable housing, and commercial real estate lending, and we
tend to do loans no larger than $500,000. We currently use internally
generated credit memo templates for underwriting our loan requests. I am
researching available software that may be able to reduce the time it
takes us to originate loans. We've had some previous experience with
Baker Hill. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone at a CDFI or other
type of financial institution can recommend effective software.
I've also been reading up on ACCION's Microloan Management Services. I'd
be interested to here about the experience other CDFIs have had with
MMS.
Thank you,
