I sit on the Board of Directors of a small nonprofit housing developer.? Our local community is beginning an inquiry into imposing condo conversion fees.? As with much of the metro area, two- and three-family homes are being quickly purchased and converted into expensive condos, representing a real drain on affordable rental housing in the community.?
Does anyone know of a published model condo conversion fee local bylaw (or local ordinance) that we could access?? That would be great.? Thank you.
