Vice President, Manager, Closing Documentation and Construction, Community
Reinvestment Group

The individual in this position manages the team that is responsible
for all aspects of construction review, documentation, closing and funding
of both internally and externally documented loans. This is a
fast-paced environment with multiple, complex transactions in process at
any given time. The individual will provide leadership and
oversight to ensure the integrity and completeness of the construction
review and management process and the accuracy of loan documentation.
Successful candidates will have experience in managing complex
transactions, a thorough understanding of loan documentation,
excellent organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to manage a
team through multiple projects simultaneously.


Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; 5-10 years commercial and
real estate loan construction management and/or documentation experience;
knowledge of lender construction standards; strong analytical skills;
especially the ability to translate legal requirements; excellent
communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.


Assistant Vice President, Loan Closer, Community Reinvestment Group


The individual in this position will coordinate and manage the
documentation, closing and funding of both internally and externally
documented loans from commitment through receipt of recorded
documents. The individual in this position must be well organized and
demonstrate an ability to manage details to ensure the integrity and
completeness of all documentation and post closing follow-up so that NCB
Capital Impact’s position as lender is as sound as possible.


Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; 5+ years in commercial
loan documentation experience primarily in loan closings, translating
legal requirements of loan documentation, real estate
administration and strong analytical skills; must have seasoned
experience working with LaserPro, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, and
Microsoft Word.



Commercial Loan Underwriter, Community Reinvestment Group


The Commercial Loan Underwriter will analyze new exposures to
existing and new borrowers as assigned. The candidate for this position
will have basic financial analysis and some transaction
underwriting experience. Over time and with exposure to different types of
deals and markets, the underwriter will gain sufficient experience
to anticipate what the questions and risks are that need to be solved for
and result in an appropriately structured transaction. Prior
experience working with or underwriting not-for-profit businesses,
particularly charter schools, community health centers and
affordable housing organizations will be helpful but not necessary.


Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a business related
field (accounting, finance etc..); 1 year in a commercial credit
underwriting role and, preferably, 1-3 years in a credit analyst role;
completion of a formal credit program or commensurate experience in a
community development financial institution setting.





Project Guide, Community Solutions Group


NCB Capital Impact has received a 5-year grant from the Robert Wood
Johnson Foundation (RWJF). The grant, the Green House Replication
Initiative (GHRI), is designed to foster rapid replication of the Green
House model of nursing home replacement – creating 10 person homes
providing skilled long-term care in place of existing
institutions. GHRI seeks to create tools to support redevelopment of
institutions’ physical, operational, and cultural environments as
well as direct technical assistance to facilitate the construction,
operation, and quality improvement of Green Houses. The Project
Guide will assist the GHRI Co-Directors implement all aspects of GHRI.


Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years direct experience in real estate
development or finance or long-term care operations/service delivery and
related analysis skills. Bachelor's required, and Master's degree
preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
