I followed the recent discussion and comments that primarily dealt with
mortgage foreclosures for housing.
Has there been any comparable level of discussion, reports or papers
published/disseminated that deal with small business and commercial real
estate lending?
Are there any particularly successful/innovate approaches that banks,
states, CDFIs, CDCs, or communities are using to induce investments in
smaller markets?
Are there any events planned that would bring together these types of
organizations to brainstorm and recommend steps that could be taken to help
in this area?
