Job Title: Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive

Position Summary and Essential Functions:



Primary responsibilities include retention and account management for
mortgage originators and originators of other financial services
products offered by the Opportunity Finance Network in conjunction with
its work with Opportunity Mortgage Network (OMN). The Account Executive
will assist the Executive Vice President, Financial Services in efforts
to re-build and implement a new origination infrastructure and systems
and deliver resources and technical assistance to OMN originators. The
Account Executive will focus on supporting the implementation of energy
efficient mortgage products in identified markets.



Responsibilities:

1. Support, retain and manage a network of up to 30 mortgage
originators as well as originators of other real estate based financing
products and increase their loan pipeline and production.

2. Coordinate, deliver training and on-site support for loan product
intake, qualification, processing and all parts of the origination
process for OMN and affiliated members.

3. Support, improve and deliver a pipeline of energy efficient
mortgage products, as they are made available initially in identified
northeastern states and then in other states as the program expands.

4. Support originators knowledge and successful use of the loan
origination system technology provided by OMN and other lenders and
investors as it relates to proper qualifying of applicants.

5. Coordinate delivery to and implementation by originators of
marketing and lead generation materials and support a seamless and RESPA
compliant system of loan referrals from nonprofit counseling and energy
support programs and organizations to OMN members and affiliates.

6. Serve as primary customer service liaison for originators as it
relates to loan products usage and support correspondent relations with
originators to achieve the best possible results.

7. Manage all aspects of communication with originators.

8. Provide technical assistance to originators as requested.

9. Solve problems in an expedient and efficient manner to the
satisfaction of the originators

10. Collect and manage a database of resources and information that
advance the business interest of originators

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree or 9 years work experience required; MBA or
graduate degree a plus

2. Lending certified and/or licensed professional preferred

3. 5+ years professional experience in financial services account
management required; experience with rehabilitation and/or energy
lending a requirement; wholesale mortgage experience preferred;

4. Significant experience (3+yrs) in account management and customer
service required

5. Strong financial and analytical experience required

6. Experience in or with loan counseling services is preferred

7. Experience working with both nonprofits and for-profits is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Physical Requirements:

1. Proficient with Mortgage Origination software system(s) and MS
Office Products/Internet, including Word, Excel and related software

2. Supervisory expertise with mortgage loan officers and/or mortgage
loan brokers required

3. Demonstrated leadership ability required

4. Entrepreneurial approach to lending a line of business required

5. Financial, market, and qualitative analysis skills required

6. Ability to work independently or in team environment as required

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision in
effective and efficient manner

8. Ability to set priorities and delegate tasks effectively required

9. Superior organizational skills required with ability to pay close
attention to detail

10. Superior customer service/account management skills required

11. Superior written and verbal communication skills required

12. Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse
constituents is required

13. Moderate to substantial travel required (20 - 50% of time)

14. Knowledge of and commitment to community development preferred

15. No extraordinary physical requirements beyond ability to travel.

16. Job involves normal physical requirements for an office position.
