Job Title: Vice President, Knowledge Sharing

Reports to: Executive Vice President, Knowledge Sharing

Position Summary & Essential Functions:

Provide high quality consulting services to community development
financial institutions (CDFIs) and other opportunity finance
institutions. Supervise consulting staff and contracted consultants.
Oversee marketing, proposal writing and contract management for OFN
Strategic Consulting. Contribute to the transformation of OFN Strategic
Consulting into the opportunity finance industry's provider of choice
for consulting services that position CDFIs for growth by assisting with
the development of new cutting-edge products and the continual
refinement of products.



Responsibilities:



1. Delivers consulting services to CDFIs on topics such as market
analysis, capitalization, risk management, and other products designed
to strengthen the fundamental operations that are critical to CDFIs'
sustained growth.

2. Delivers consulting services to other clients on an exceptional
basis.

3. Manages consulting engagements.

4. Assists the EVP for Knowledge Sharing in developing new
cutting-edge consulting products.

5. Assists the EVP for Knowledge Sharing in continually refining
consulting products.

6. Identifies, sub-contracts and, as needed, trains independent
consultants to deliver consulting services to OFN clients.

7. Markets OFN Strategic Consulting Services to CDFIs that are
poised for and committed to growth.

8. Oversees proposal writing and contract management.

9. Supervises OFN consulting staff and the team of contracted
consultants.

10. Performs other duties as assigned by the EVP of Knowledge Sharing.



Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree or 9 years work experience; Graduate Degree
preferred
* Five + years of experience providing consulting services to
CDFIs and/or other financial institutions in finance-related topics
(underwriting, portfolio management, risk management, capitalization,
financial projections, etc).
* 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity required
* Strong writing, financial and analytical experience required
* Experience with nonprofit organizations is highly beneficial
* Experience delivering profitable consulting products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Understanding of and commitment to OFN's strategic goal of
creating a high-volume financing system and a commitment to aligning OFN
Strategic Consulting with that goal.
* Excellent financial analysis skills.

* Proficient with MS Office Products/Internet; particularly
spreadsheets

* Demonstrated management or supervisory ability required

* Demonstrated leadership and motivational ability required

* Strong financial, market, and qualitative analysis skills
required

* Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and
delegate tasks effectively required

* Superior analytical and organizational skills required

* Superior written and verbal communication skills required
including the ability to develop and write original communications and
reports is required

* Ability to understand, create, and modify financial statements
as needed

* Superior interpersonal skills, ability to manage and work in
teams, and constructively with diverse constituents is required

* Travel required (25%-50% of time)

* No extraordinary physical requirements beyond ability to
travel.

* Job involves normal physical requirements for an office

Commensurate with experience. Opportunity Finance Network offers
