LOAN FUND CONTROLLER
As of 4/11/08

Job Description:
The Loan Fund Controller is primarily responsible for the preparation of
all Loan Fund financial reporting (including Enterprise Social Fund and
the Louisiana Loan Fund), budget and variance analysis, financial
servicing of the loan portfolio and other financial support. He/she
ensures that all financial transactions are recorded in an accurate and
timely manner to facilitate production of the financial statements.
Reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and works closely with the
Corporate Controller and the Treasurer of the Loan Fund.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise accounting staff of two to three (2-3) people.

Supervise preparation of all appropriate monthly and quarterly journal
entries, cash receipts and accounts-payable transactions.

Supervise preparation of monthly management reports to Loan Fund and
Partners senior management.

Supervise preparation of quarterly financial reports to the Loan Fund
Board of Trustees.

Prepare quarterly covenant calculation report for lenders.

Act as a partner with Loan Fund management to analyze, evaluate and
forecast results.

Assist Corporate Controller with coordination of audit and tax
requirements for Loan Funds.

Supervise financial servicing of the loan portfolio and debt.

Supervise periodic analysis of all balance sheet and income statement
accounts.

Oversee reporting and financial support for the Enterprise Social Fund
and the Louisiana Loan Fund.

Assist CFO and Loan Fund Treasurer in the preparation of the annual
budget.

Work collaboratively with CFO and other staff on other duties as
assigned.

Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Undergraduate degree in accounting; CPA required.

Five to seven (5-7) years accounting experience minimum, combination of
public and private experience preferred; financial institution, real
estate or non-profit experience helpful.

Excellent team building and supervising skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision, handle multiple priorities and
coordinate complex projects.

Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to represent the
interests of the Loan Fund both within and outside the organization.

Excellent analytical ability.
