Program Operations Manager

Nebraska Microenterprise Partnership Fund (NMPF)

Oakland, Nebraska*



NMPF provides capital and services to programs that serve the state's
micro/small businesses. The work is diverse with many challenges and
rewards.



Will oversee the day-to-day operations of organization including
bookkeeping; reporting; capitalization of accounts; grant/loan programs;
database; planning; board meetings; and technical assistance to
programs. Reports to Executive Director.



Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in
business, social sciences or other applicable field. Minimum of 5 years
of relevant experience with strong management skills. Broad knowledge
of business administration, finance/accounting, credit
principles/practices and financial analysis. Possess excellent
analytical, communication, problem solving, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills. Experience with commercial and/or community
lending, funding reports, grant writing, public speaking and working in
a diverse environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
products/Internet.
