Community Center

I am working with a rural CDC* in the Middle Penisula area of Virginia who wants to acquire and renovate an old school into a community center.* We expect the TDC to be $1.2M.* We expect to have a library, a before/after school center, a senior center, community programming space, a satellite sherriff and county office space, and a community theather/auditorium space.* I am looking for several things:* 1.* a sample outline for sources and uses* & operating budget for this type of project, 2.* names of similar projects so that we can learn from their experience 3.* sources of funding that may be available* 4.* technical assistance which we may be eligible for.
