MISSION STATEMENT
OMEN's mission is to increase opportunities for economically and geographically disadvantaged entrepreneurs by building the capacity and quality of Oregon microenterprise service providers.* CapitalLink is a statewide microloan fund operated by OMEN for the purpose of providing access to capital for underserved entrepreneurs throughout Oregon.

LOAN FUND MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, manage OMEN’s lending services to businesses, including maintenance of partnerships with local technical assistance providers.*

Primary Responsibilities:
* Coordinate training for new and ongoing local Technical Assistance partners for client assessment and loan packaging Maintain contact with local TA providers; Client contact as needed Coordinate Loan Review Committee, as needed Monitor portfolio on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; Performance monitoring of approved loans Set up and maintain files and record keeping system Maintain loan software and portfolio data entry Take delinquency and collection actions as necessary Ensure compliance with OMEN CapitalLink Policies and Procedures Prepare reports to OMEN Board of Directors on quarterly basis Adhere to funder requirements and develop funder reports based on portfolio Explore opportunities to increase program funding, assist Executive Director in fund development

QUALIFICATIONS
-Broad knowledge of business administration, finance and accounting, credit principles and practices, financial analysis and program marketing.
-5-10 or more years of lending experience; Minimum of four years experience in direct lending to small businesses
-Dedication to issues concerning women and people of color, self-employment, microenterprise concepts and practices
-Experience working in a membership-based, advocacy or volunteer organization
-Ability to self-manage and problem-solve; Self-motivated and consistent reliability
-Ability to set appropriate priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
-Excellent written and oral communication skills

COMPENSATION
Position is 0.25 FTE with potential for growth, based on deal flow.* Compensation commensurate with experience; Salary range is $30,000 - $40,000.
