Our department administers a low-interest home improvement loan program as part of our CDBG activities.

We are looking for information on software you may have used or are familiar with for loan programs (microenterprise, home, etc.) that will allow us to show our funds available, what loans are due, and generally give an accurate picture of our balance and expected returns.

A local bank services our loans, but we do not have a system that integrates their information with ours electronically (we receive a hard copy of information monthly). So if any of you have a similar relationship with a financial institution it would be helpful to know about anything that may impact our software decision (such as questions we might need to ask the bank, etc.).

Any information or recommendations you have would be helpful.

Please contact me directly with any suggestions.

Thanks you very much.

Dear Emma

Our company provides Loan Performer microfinance software. It allows
importation of data from XLS, DBF or TXT formats. If the local bank can
provide you with a digital file, we can create an add-on to put this in the
proper format for importation or even skip this step and import it
immediately. Have a look at www.loanperformer.com.

Kind regards,
