FYI, today the Woodstock Institute hosted a very successful event to help Chicago-area nonprofits understand the new CRA "Sunshine" rules. In 1999, Congress passed the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Modernization Act, and as part of that law, certain agreements, contracts, grants or loans that groups get from banks must now be available for disclosure and reporting to federal bank regulators.
