Is anyone familiar with the Nortridge financial software? We're not
comfortable using the software & can't get anyone from Nortridge to respond
to our pleas for assistance. Can anyone recommend a loan servicing software
package or another avenue to decipher the software? Our program manages the
financing and residential neighborhood revitalization activities for the
National Trust for Historic Preservation, & we provide financial, technical
assistance and real estate consulting services to assist preservation
organizations and community development corporations in revitalizing
historic properties and communities. Thanks!

Hi Maxie. The Economic Development Finance Service (EDFS) of the National
Association of Development Organizations (NADO) Research Foundation is in
the process of updating the second edition of "Loan Servicing Software,"
which was originally published in 1999. The new report covers 16 software
packages for micro- and small business development loans and includes the
following information to help you with your software shopping: vendor name
and contact information, pricing, technical assistance and training, key
features, and federal reports compatibility. It will be ready to ship in
early May, and the cost is $10. Email me (bamt@nado.org) or call
(202-624-8467) if you'd like a copy. Thanks.
