1. COMMUNICATIONS AND OUTREACH DIRECTOR:
NCB Capital Impact has received a 5-year grant from the Robert Wood Johnson
Foundation. The grant, the Green House Replication Initiative (GHRI), is
designed to foster rapid replication of The Green House model of nursing
home replacement - creating 10 person homes providing skilled long-term
care in place of existing institutions. GHRI seeks to inspire the adoption
of The Green House model; create a supportive policy and consumer
environment, develop tools to support redevelopment of institutions'
physical, operational, and cultural environments; provide direct technical
assistance to facilitate the construction, operation, and quality
improvement of Green House projects; and implement and on-going,
self-sustaining replication center at the end of the grant funding period.
This position will implement, develop and enhance the GHRI communications
and outreach plan. Must have BA in related field with 7 plus years of
experience in communications or related field.
2. GRANT ACCOUNTANT:
Develops procedures, interacts with outside entities, manages financial
administration and performs general accounting related specifically to
grants/contracts, ensuring compliance with grantor or lending agency
regulations and laws. Prepares internal and external financial, budgetary
and accounting reports of considerable complexity requiring independent
judgment, initiative, and extensive knowledge of the organization,
accounting, and policies and procedures of the various federal, state and
local external agencies. Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting and
five years grant/cost accounting experience. Extensive knowledge of
Lawson, Excel and MS Word.
3. CONSTRUCTION LOAN ADMINISTRATOR/CLOSER:
Manages the risks associated with construction lending through analyzing,
underwriting, and monitoring disbursements of NCB Capital Impact's
construction loan portfolio. Will coordinate the documentation, closing,
and funding of both internally and externally documented loans. Also
responsible for executing due diligence and post closing follow up.

execute due diligence and post closing follow up. Bachelor's degree
required with 5-7 years of experience in loan documentation, loan closings
and real estate administration. Prior knowledge of construction legal
requirements is a must. Knowledge of loan accounting and construction
finance required.
4. PROJECT COORDINATOR-GREEN HOUSE REPLICATION INITIATIVE (GHRI):
Please see #1 for explanation of GHRI. This position will assist with all
aspects of the grant under the direction of the GHRI Team.
Responsibilities include data management, meeting planning and
coordination, GHRI team support, information management, and GHRI projects.
Bachelor's degree required with 1-5 years of relevant experience. Must
have strong office management and data management skills.
