I am working with a non profit that has been approached by Fannie Mae to take some of their foreclosed properties to renovate and re-sell.
The non profit is analyzing this opportunity as a chance to generate income to support their neighborhood revitalization efforts.
Is anyone out there doing a similar program. We are trying to get an idea of staffing, property evaluation, and re-sale issues.
