Position Announcements
* Capitalization Associate
Self-Help is seeking a Capitalization Associate to raise financial resources and develop relationships with public and private funders.* This position will help to capitalize Self-Help’s various loan and investment programs, including the New Markets Tax Credit program.* The Capitalization Associate also prepares investor reports and assists in other development activities.* Strong financial analysis skills are required.* Candidates should*be self-starters able to initiate and maintain numerous business relationships and have experience in raising grants, debt and/or investments.***The application deadline is February 28, 2007.

New Markets Tax Credit Asset Manager
The NMTC Asset Manger is responsible for the overall management of Self-Help’s $170 million*NMTC program.* The Asset Manager*coordinates*a team to ensure the program meets its goals.* Responsibilities include investor reporting, compliance with program rules, preparation of proposals for additional allocations, managing the Advisory Board and*financial oversight.* Candidates should have program management experience and/or the ability to organize documents and people to accomplish goals.**Experience in federal program compliance, community development finance or related program management helpful.**The application deadline is March 21, 2007
