D2D (Doorways to Dreams) Fund, Inc. (www.d2dfund.org (http://www.d2dfund.org)) is seeking a Director of Special Projects to help lead its work developing innovative*saving and asset building opportunities, and financial services*more broadly,*for low and moderate income consumers.

POSITION: The Director of Special Projects will be responsible for helping to formulate, develop and implement pilot projects and other programs that support D2D’s mission.* Shaping D2D projects requires a working knowledge of financial services, information technology and the needs of low and moderate income households attempting to save.* The Director must be comfortable in corporate, grassroots and public policy arenas.* Typical projects require a creative modification of existing technologies, public policies, financial service products and/or social programs.* For examples, go to www.d2dfund.org (http://www.d2dfund.org/).

A qualified applicant should hold a graduate degree, preferably in business, economics or public policy.* A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in related field and some grassroots experience, particularly in the asset building field, is preferred.
