Alternatives Federal Credit Union is looking for
a Marketing Director who is enthusiastic and
experienced, with excellent oral and written
communication skills and two years to five years of marketing experience.
The Director of Marketing develops objectives,
plans, directs, and coordinates marketing and
sales programs; conducts market research; uses
MCIF to market to members; analyzes competitive
products and services; conducts and analyzes
campaigns; writes and oversees production of
credit union publications; coordinates special
events; updates and maintains a dynamic web site;
and represents the credit union in local and
national presentations. The successful candidate
can work well with a team, has an interest in our
community, and wants to work for a progressive organization.
While working at Alternatives Credit Union is at
times demanding and fast paced, it is an exciting
and rewarding place to work. Alternatives is a
socially responsible community organization
working to have a positive impact on the local
community through its programs and policies. Many
services are devised especially for low-income
members and small businesses. Relations with
members proceed on a personal and very friendly
manner. The staff participate in decision making
