Hello,

I just transitioned from a commercial bank to a CDFI (as a loan officer) in the DC area.* My previous background was in the finance division.* My past position did not* go*into underwriting loans*or give me much interaction with the community banking world.* I really enjoy my work right now and would like to learn more about this field.*I would like to find out if there are any good books or resources*that*give a*"one stop*shop"*overall introduction to community banking.* If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate any responses.
