The latest issue of the Community Development Investment Review explores the new ideas and themes that emerged at the Federal Reserve's September conference on the secondary market for community development loans. *The issue includes articles from some of the leading practitioners and thinkers in the field, including *Mary Tingerthal (CRF), Douglas Winn (Wilary Winn), Ellen Seidman (ShoreBank), John McCarthy (CPC), and Catherine Dolan (Wachovia). *The Review also includes the conference's keynote address from Federal Reserve Governor Randall S. Kroszner.
