Dear Colleagues:* This announcement is exclusively for entrepreneurship development programs that serve low and very low-income clients in the states and jurisdictions of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, the District of Columbia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia.

WEB Consulting Services, with support from the U.S. Small Business Administration presents MicroCatalyst!*- a program to help microenterprise development organizations to build capacity, improve performance and outcomes, and increase community support and funding.* Under this program, a select group of MDOs will be selected to receive consulting and technical assistance services for ten months at no cost.*
