Loan Fund Director - National nonprofit housing organization seeks
exceptional candidates for the position of Loan Fund Director. The
Director manages loan funds and directs all lending and portfolio
management functions. Major responsibilities include overseeing the
lending activities of the corporation, coordinating all loan programs,
portfolio monitoring, risk assessment, and risk mitigation functions.
Successful candidate will possess five to ten years of experience as a
lender with strong analytical skills, preferably in the field of housing
development or nonprofit finance; work experience or extensive knowledge of
community development in general or more specifically in the field of
affordable housing; experience working in rural housing development

Loan Servicer - National Nonprofit seeks energetic, and proficient loan
servicers to work in its Loan Fund Division. The positions require
experience in affordable housing including the development process, as well
