Portfolio Manager - Chicago Community Loan Fund - Chicago, IL
The Chicago Community Loan Fund is a dynamic, not-for-profit social
investment intermediary providing loans to community organizations engaged in
affordable housing/economic development projects. CCLF seeks energetic,
full-time, portfolio manager to oversee internal accounting and loan
servicing operations as well as manage investor capital.
Qualifications: Demonstrated commitment to neighborhood redevelopment and/or
poverty alleviation/social justice; strong accounting/cash management
experience and skills; strong financial analysis experience and skills; the
ability to work with a diverse range of community-based groups; strong oral
and written communications skills; an attention to details; proficiency in
Microsoft Access database software; and an affinity for working effectively
in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management,
business administration, economics, urban planning or a related field.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

area network operations is beneficial. Bachelors degree in urban planning,
government/public policy, business, economics or a related field. Bilingual
