Microfinance and access to reproductive health services

Hello

I wonder if anyone is aware of any microfinance/ microcredit projects which
have resulted in improved access to reproductive health services? Any
examples would be much appreciated although especially ones in developing
countries. This information will be used in research being carried out in
the Health and Social Change Programme at the Institute of Development
Studies in the UK.
