Hello,

I am working with the Northcountry Cooperative Development Fund (NCDF)
here in Minneapolis, on a feasibility study for affordable mortgage
lending programs.

We are looking to review other organizations who are making affordable
mortgage loans to people with middle to lower-incomes. NCDF presently
lends to Co-ops and is thinking that a development credit union would be

the best vehicle for its future affordable mortgage program (to housing
co-ops) but, we're open to considering other models, as well.

We are aware of the work of Vermont and Self-Help Development Credit
Unions, but welcome any tips about other affordable mortgage lending
programs.

Thank you for your time.

I would be interested in finding out about such programs that operate in
New York State or City.

Thanks.

Robert
