CDFI internet projects

Hello -

Does anyone know of any examples of CDFIs that are undertaking specific
initiatives to provide capital to internet based/oriented companies,
entrepreneurs or organizations? I am working on a project at the Center
for Urban Research and Policy at Columbia University that is trying to
identify CDFI projects that seek to promote the presence of low-income
communities or small businesses on the internet. Replies can be sent
