The Coalition of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI
Coalition) invites applications for the position of Executive Director.

The Coalition's mission is to increase public and financial support for the
CDFI industry through advocacy and public education, information and
outreach, and knowledge building. Representing more than 465 CDFIs working
in 50 states, the Coalition has emerged as the leading advocate and
organizing force for CDFIs.
Housed and managed by National Community Capital Association since 1995, the
CDFI Coalition is in the process of incorporating as an independent
501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC.
The Coalition Executive Director will provide overall management and
direction for the organization, and recommend and implement Coalition policy
in consultation with the Board of Directors. The Executive Director is
responsible for hiring and supervising staff and consultants, fundraising,
and leading advocacy on key CDFI policy issues.
