Senior Privatization Specialists - Middle East, Central/Eastern
Europe, Former Soviet Union

Deloitte Emerging Markets, the specialized development consulting arm
of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, is seeking experienced Senior
Privatization Specialists for short and long-term overseas
assignments.

Qualified candidates must have five or more years of experience in one
or more of the following areas:

* Investment banking (tenders, placement with anchor investors,
auctions)
* Corporate finance, banking and law in the context of privatization *
Privatization policy
* Financial analysis and valuation of state-owned enterprises
* Financial and operational restructuring of state-owned enterprises
