I am currently researching microcredit organizations on behalf of a
non-profit organization. Amba International works on community development projects in New Delhi, India. Currently we have a school and a health center, and we're looking to integrate some kind of microloan program for the women in our community. Basically I'm looking for microcredit organizations that would be willing to work with us.
Does anyone have suggestions as to microcredit organizations that work in conjunction with other non-profits in India? I'd like to set up a system where Amba facilitates the microloan process in the community by representing the microcredit organization, helping with paperwork, and doing necessary counseling to ensure successful implementation of the loan program.
