Hello, I am looking for models of quasi public sector mortgage programs
that are funded by surchages or fees to for-profit developers. Examples
of ordinances or any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Mr. Nicholson: Greater Miami Neighborhoods has for several years
operated a housing development program that is funded partly through a
real estate deed tax. I'm not certain if the funds go to finance
mortgages. The first Executive Director of GMN was Bob Pollack, now at
Milagro Consulting, at bpmilagro@aol.com.
