I have taken a new position as Loan Fund Manager at the Mon Valley Initiative
in Homestead, PA (outside of Pittsburgh). I will be leaving my current job at
National Community Capital Association effective March 18. MVI is an
Associate of National Community Capital, and I will continue to work closely
with NCCA in my new capacity.

I am grateful to National Community Capital, especially to its executive
director, Mark Pinsky, who has provided me with invaluable guidance and
support. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, and I look forward to moving home.
I also look forward to working with you in the historic preservation,
community development finance, and community reinvestment fields. Stay in
touch.
