I would suggest using Individual Development Accounts. These are restricted
usage savings accounts which match every dollar the individual puts in with one
to nine of the community association'. For more information contact the
Corporation for Enterprise Development at 202-408-9788 or CFED.org. Brian
Grossman is the program director. Sharp young man.

Our community association has been granted funds to spur housing development.
We are seeking creative way to use the money for housing development but also
to be able to recycle the funds through the community several times.
