Hello all:
I thought some of you might be interested in this UK conference, which
emerged out of growing interest outside the U.S. in the Community
Reinvestment Act -- that is, the use of public policy to discipline capital
markets to be more responsive to community financial needs, particularly in
disinvested communities and populations.
There may be papers available -- I'll repost the information when I
receive it.

seminar, "Community Reinvestment Finance in the next Millennium" on 24th
