MicroFinance Consultants, Lima, Perú

FACET BV, a consulting firm based in the Netherlands is seeking highly
qualified professionals to join asap their team in Lima, Perú as short-,
medium- or long-term MicroFinance Consultant.

Responsibilities: - To accompany, train, advise and help strenghthening
formal urban and rural peruvian microfinance institutions and commercial
banks (in their microfinance operations) within the framework of an
Interamerican Development Bank-financed Program; - - To lead clients in
institutional development exercises and lead strategic planning
exercises;

- To develop training modules related to Institutional Strenghthening
(financial management, HRRR management and more generally institutional
development), Microfinance Technologies, Financial Products Development,
MicroEnterprise Appraisal and Evaluation, MIS devlopment and Reporting
System and other related responsibilities.

Qualifications:

MBA/advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
preferred;
At least eight years of experience in Banking, MicroFinance and Small
Enterprise Development;
At least four years of experience in managing/working in formal
microfinace institutions (ideally) or microfinance programs/MFI;
Knowledge of group lending methodologies and innovative microfinance
products, institution building, management, information systems;
Significant experience in personnel management, accounting, budgeting;
Experience in banking procedures an advantage;
Highly valued ability to work in team under pressure and to meet
deadlines;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strong computer knowledge and skills desired;
Fluency in Spanish and English are assets
