Community Reinvestment Fund has developed several training seminars
for RLF lenders and managers. CRF operates a secondary market for
economic and community development loans. In order to sell loans,
efficiently, RLF administrators must have well documented loans. To
assist them in determining how to best document loans at closing and
after they have been booked, CRF has developed a Loan Sellers
Guidebook, which contains numerous examples of loan documents and
other information pertaining to loan file administration. CRF has also
developed a text on microlending entitled: Building a Microloan Program,
Considerations for the Development Lender. These publications may be
ordered by contacting CRF by E-Mail at:

Contact Kim Bowlin at the Little Rock branch of the Federal Reserve Bank
of
St. Louis (sorry, I don't have the number). She has sources and/or can
link you to other Fed data.
