FEDERAL SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER CONSULTANT
The Melrose Housing Authority is immediately seeking a consultant to assist in the administration of their Federal Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Currently under lease are 227 vouchers in various communities across the Commonwealth. The consultant will need to interact with landlords, participants, and applicants. Knowledge of federal and state housing regulations is a must. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet is required.
