I have appeared to lurk (while reading everything!) as I only wanted to
participate where I felt I could be useful.

Recently a couple of list folks (to whom I wrote personal notes) indicated
that the type of work I do is *"very useful"* for many who are on this list
and I should "speak out!" Briefly... I and my collegues provide
conflict resolution services (mediation and arbitration), facilitate
training (which betters customer relations and reduces stress and workers
comp claims!) and we design programs for organizations to use ADR
(alternate dispute resolution) to assist in company/community good will and
reduce the high corporate costs both financiallly and emotionally which are
involved in court settlements. If you have any questions I can help with,
