WWW site for Community Development Banking-L

I have very recently added a WWW site for this list. I think the fomat of
the site is particularly exciting because the postings are indexed and
linked by Date, Author and Subject. This means it is quite easy to follow a
discussion or find a topic.

This work was done with the free software Hypermail,
http://www.eit.com/software/hypermail/hypermail.html
This program takes unix mail and indexes it three ways and provides HTML
links. I've got it set to provide daily updates to the page using crontab.

I would also like to use a cgi to provide a searchable index if anyone can
give me leads on this.
