I am looking for training resources on community financing. I
understand that the NDC provides training in e.d. financing and
establishing revolving loan funds, I'm also interested in learning how
to set up Bank CDCs, microloan funds, investor or 'angel' networks,
etc.

I'm also looking for info/training on innovative financing methods
that work for communities in public/private partnership situations for
funding capital expenditure projects, as well as more basic human
needs like housing, workforce training, etc.

Do you have any ideas or resources?
