HMDA data is available FREE from rtk.net. Just drop a note to
figueroa@rtk.net, john@unison.org, and they'll let you know how.
They're paid good money to post that, hope you'll use it. They are
the Unison Institute, in Washington.

I am working on similar research and would like to know this answer as well.
