Private Enterprise

I am an information specialist for Community Connections. We are a
clearinghouse for HUD's office of Community Planning and Development.
I am seeking articles from magazines, journals, newspapers, etc. on
successful economic development initiatives undertaken by private
enterprise. I am looking for a broad range of projects obviously, the
topic itself is very broad. However, I am looking to focus on
projects in low-income areas. These articles will be used for building
our database and possibly for Small Cities Conferences. If you have
