Dear Mr Myers,
Perhaps you can help me, the company that I work for HOME, Inc, is
paticipating in a showcase program with HUD, specifically to originate Title
1 loans in lower and moderate income homeowners and multifamily.(Title 1
loans require no equity in the property,Liberal underwriting standars, Loan
proceeds given directly to the borrower). We also have many diffrent types
of Purchase/rehab loans with one closing.
This is a nationwide program offred thru HUD. Hud calls a showcase program
the objective for Home, Inc is to involve the non-profits, community
development and the such to originate these loans, Home, inc will assist
the non-profits in setting -up the loan program and provide the funding for
the purchase of these loans. HUD will assit in any way possible including
publishing in the federal register in order to show the workings of
non-profits and for profits partnership.
How best I can reach out to the Community Development groups,credit unions
etc, to offer this program?
