CDFI: Any regs?

Hi, does anyone know if CDFI has issued any regs yet? In addition, has
Kirsetn Moy been confirmed by Congress, to administer the CDFI Fund?

The hearings to confirm Ms. Moye as the Administrator of the CDFI Fund will
not be held until the final fate of the Congressional Rescision Package is
determined. If that legislation abolishes the Fund, there will be no
confirmation hearings. Currently, the Rescision Package has been vetoed by
Clinton, and he is negotiation with Congressional leaders to develop a
revised package. Once that process is completed, then there will be
confirmation hearings for the Administrator. The Regulations (which exist in
draft form as policy options developed by the CDFI Fund transition staff)
cannot be promulgated until the Administrator is confirmed.
