Can anyone tell me if budget revisions will amend/eliminate or otherwise
affect the future status of Low Income Housing Tax Credit used for the
develoment/constsruction of affordable family rental housing across the US..

The budget shenanigans now underway do not affect the LIHTC program.

However, if Congress makes changes to the tax code (e.g., adopting a flat
tax), there would probably be substantial impact on the tax credit program.
