PURCHASING DELINQUENT MORTGAGES

I purchased over a dozen delienquent second mortgages last year!

Is their anyone who is experienced in handling the issue of debt collection,
note modification agreements, foreclosure, penetrating bankruptcy, obtaining
deficiency judgements, wage garnishment, etc.?

I would be very interested to know what kind of experience you are having
concerning debt collection.
