I think your five principles opens the way for governments to help communities.
The principles are very good and touches the heart of community development.
I teach at the Community Economic Development Centre here at SFU and I have
always been impressed with Cornell's contribution to community development.
Can you send me more information about your institute and its current direction.
My question is how can we work together in the CD field here in north America?
