CRA Agreements

I am looking for information on CRA agreements/contracts between
local governments and banks.

Would anyone have samples of such an agreement?

You might try the Federal Reserve - the regional Reserve banks are often
involved in development of theses agreements.

They have some such agreement with the City of Cleveland.
