CDFI Fund

Dear Mr. President,

We're trying to rebuild our local economy, after loss of so much
manufacturing, and are marshalling the talents of local people to create new
export businesses. The CDFI Fund is a very efficient federal stimulus to
this grass roots effort. Originally $125 million, CDFI is now cut to $36
million, and may be cut entirely. I ask that you veto any bill which dumps
this fund.
