the following (examples drawn from Atlantic Canada)
I work with Enterprise Newfoundland and Labrador. We offer
both funded and non-funded assistance to small and medium
sized businesses. The non-funded is what you would call
your technical assistance: marketing, business, information,
and engineering specialists available to assist companies in
our area.
