I work for a small ($225MM) community bank. Although we do not offer any
direct programs, due largely to our size, we do participate with a state
program (MD Small Business Dev. Center), and our county is beginning a new
initiative in conjunction with the econ. dev. authority. We refer to these
agencies and work closely with the advisors, as well as the SBA Quality
Circle in Balto.
